You’ll find the Prolog Fulfilment Centre at the heart of the logistics ‘Golden Triangle’, just 2 minutes from Junction 27 of the M1, which means we’re located within an hour’s drive of all major carrier hubs. This is our primary operational centre and home of our fleet which is complemented by established partnerships with the UK’s best couriers.
Our second site in Sudbury, Suffolk, is home to our Contact Centre which provides outsourced support for retail, fulfilment and loyalty card clients.

We provide a frictionless returns experience for your customers. Our systems integrate with yours to ensure fast refunds via the original payment method, or same-day replacements. You’ll receive monthly returns data allowing you to track, understand and reduce return rates.
Our Contact Centre can expertly manage your customer experience as if we were your own in house resource. Our friendly, articulate employees answer customer calls, respond to emails, and manage social media messages. You’ll receive regular reports detailing data analytics.
